<p>approx 1/3 of a small cabbage</p>
<p>3-4 large potatoes cut into about six pieces or 5-7 small potatoes quartered.</p>
<p>1 large or 3 very small onions</p>
<p>3 gloves garlic</p>
<p>boneless chicken breast (half or full depending on budget)</p>
<p>prepare potatoes boil till fork tender</p>
<p>meanwhile roughly cube all other ingredients throw in large skillet and saute till chicken starts to turn white and cabbage starts to soft and start to go translucent. Turn down to a medium low heat pour in approximately 3/4 cup water. cover.</p>
<p>When potatoes are ready drain and put potatoes on top of other ingredients stir through and serve.</p>
<p>Will serve 4-6 depending on age and appetite</p>
