We all reach for coffee when we want to get going in the morning or to get us through the day, but when we want to relax there is nothing like a warm soothing cup of tea.

Tea comes in many varieties black, orange, green, and numerous herbal and berry varieties.
Tea with honey has long been prescribed for a sore throat, raspberry teas have been suggested for women in the latter stages of pregancy and green tea is thought to be a powerful anti-oxidant.
